Santa Sophia Hotel - İstanbul

Splendid position, near to the tram station Ceberlitas, the most important Istanbul highlights (AyaSofia. Blue Mosque Basilica Cistern etc), the grand Bazaar, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Very safe neighborhood Very kind stuff

The location is really good. We could go out for a walk in the morning and come back to rest a little before going out again. That wouldn't have been possible if we had stayed far away from the center. Really well located.

Breakfast was very good, the room was clean and comfortable, staff was very helpful - offering coffee while checking in or waiting for my taxi, carried bags to room and taxi , great location situated between the Blue Mosque area and the Grand Bazaar area

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location, near Cemberlitas tram station. I booked an economic room and those happen to be at the basement, which is, of course a little bit humid and smelly (like any other basement in Istanbul, not a particular trait of this hotel). The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the shower had good pressure. The hotel staff was kind enough to offer me breakfast as courtesy, breakfast was buffet turkish style, very tasty and generous. I would be coming back to the hotel but definitely next time I will be booking a room upstairs

Fantastic staff. I had some difference of opinion on what was included in booking where hotel manager Mehmmod clarified that it wasnt. I promised him to send a text to booking .com and get clarified. For 5 days until i stayed in hotel booking.com didnt bothered to answer me but hotel manager said irrespective of what booking.com answers, i will offer you the same for your stay free of cost as a guest at their hotel. He was fantastic and supportive all the days whenever we needed help. I appreciate hotel's customer service. location of hotel was just perfect with all most all iconic places close by.
